Please provide the safety feature to avoid user run out of minutes when forget to stop the recording after the meeting. AI should be able to recognize that the meeting is over and app gives warning like notification or vibration warning to the phone. Or maybe we can set limits more than 2 hours send warning.

I wanted to ask if you have any plans to build a desktop app for Mac and Windows. The Chrome extension just doesn’t fully meet the need. Plaud’s desktop app is excellent. It prompts when a meeting starts and records both sides with one click. If you built something similar, I would gladly move everything over and stop using Plaud entirely. I’m sure I’m not the only user who would benefit from this. Is this on your roadmap?

I’d like the ability to be able to talk to the AI agent and have it summaries and transcripts as I please right now it’s saying that I can’t edit any files from my phone and then I have to do it computer so if it was able to do it from my phone, that would be a very nice touch

Currently, the templates (including custom ones) always default to “detailed” summaries, which often feel bloated. Users must always re-summarize and select “standard” or “concise,” but this choice isn’t saved - it resets every time. The app should remember the user’s preferred summary length (detailed/standard/concise). Ideally for each template but at least for custom templates (or at least app-wide). This would save time and reduce AI resources for constant re-summarizations Thank you!

Makes chat with Shadow Agent more natural. Particularly supports neurodiversity and various learning styles / abilities. If this can be implemented particularly functionality would also be very helpful such as; highlighting individual words from the generated text as they're being spoken, spoken speed controll and selecting different voices.

Give user an option to switch off Podcast, Mind maps, Aha tabs in Settings. For users that never use these features, it’s just visual clutter. The freed space could be used for other features added in the future, instead of an Aha tab. (I am hoping for e.g. “Suggest next steps”, “Generate To-Do’s”, “Mentor/Consultant advice”, “Voice coach”, “Efficiency coach”, etc.)

Add a toggle to search by speaker name rather than by keyword to better sort through transcripts for mislabeled speakers. I find I sometimes have to search through long meetings to find a mislabeled speaker. Often it's only one sentence and it can be hard to find. Adding a toggle to search by speaker would make cleaning up transcripts much easier

My husband misplaced his recorder somewhere in the house. His phone still connects to it but its still hiding… 5 days. A vibrate feature would be nice to find misplaced units.

Please add function to add Photo and at the end put this photo I the right place in transcription. Not separate but inside transcription. It will be very useful to make notes in class, conferences

The original TicNote case is made of hard material and has a tight fit, which makes it difficult to take the device out quickly. I suggest redesigning the case so the upper part bends or This would allow users to remove TicNote effortlessly while still keeping it protected. This improvement would benefit all users who carry and use TicNote daily.
