Real-time translates
Dear Tic Note Team, I recently purchased and have been using your TicNote Pods device, and I am very dissatisfied with it. In the product specifications, you state that it offers real-time translation, meaning that when the person I’m speaking with speaks a foreign language—such as English or another language—I can automatically hear the translation through my earbuds. However, as of now, neither the app nor the device settings include a checkbox or option to enable real-time translation and play it through the earbuds. I strongly request that this be fixed; otherwise, I will return the product and write a negative review about this device. Sincerely, Dastan

A true desktop application to record online meetings, such as what Plaud offers
I wanted to ask if you have any plans to build a desktop app for Mac and Windows. The Chrome extension just doesn’t fully meet the need. Plaud’s desktop app is excellent. It prompts when a meeting starts and records both sides with one click. If you built something similar, I would gladly move everything over and stop using Plaud entirely. I’m sure I’m not the only user who would benefit from this. Is this on your roadmap?

AI agent to edit files, transcripts and summaries from mobile device
I’d like the ability to be able to talk to the AI agent and have it summaries and transcripts as I please right now it’s saying that I can’t edit any files from my phone and then I have to do it computer so if it was able to do it from my phone, that would be a very nice touch

Remember “Detail level” setting
Currently, the templates (including custom ones) always default to “detailed” summaries, which often feel bloated. Users must always re-summarize and select “standard” or “concise,” but this choice isn’t saved - it resets every time. The app should remember the user’s preferred summary length (detailed/standard/concise). Ideally for each template but at least for custom templates (or at least app-wide). This would save time and reduce AI resources for constant re-summarizations Thank you!
